Equipment Details

Delivery, Setup, Takedown, and Damage Terms

Standard pickup is next day or during agreed business hours. Same-night late pickup after 8:00 PM is available for an additional fee. Tent packages are delivery and setup only. Customer pickup/return is not available for tent rentals.

Agreement, Policies, and Booking Terms

All renters are expected to read and understand the rental terms, policies, and cancellation policy before booking. Quotes do not guarantee availability. Equipment and event dates are reserved only after the signed agreement and required non-refundable retainer have been received. Full payment is required by the stated due date, and no equipment will be delivered, released, or set up until all required payments have been made. Delivery is scheduled within an agreed service window and is not guaranteed at an exact time. Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, access conditions, prior service delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to reserve the event date. Cancellations are handled as follows: More than 14 days before the event: any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer may be refunded. 7 to 14 days before the event: payments may be applied one time to a new date within 90 days, subject to availability. Less than 7 days before the event: all payments are non-refundable. Once delivery has been made or setup has begun: no refund will be issued.

Delivery, Inspection, and Return Condition

All rental items are provided as-is. Renters are responsible for inspecting all rental items at the time of delivery or pickup and confirming that the items and item counts are correct and acceptable for use. All rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, aside from normal use. Damage, loss, smoke exposure, burns, stains, missing items, or excessive dirt may result in additional fees.

Safe Use and Customer Responsibility

All rental items are accepted and used at the renter’s own risk. The renter is fully responsible for the safe use, setup, handling, supervision, and condition of the rental equipment after delivery or pickup. If the renter is responsible for setting up tables or chairs, proper setup, including proper leg locking and stability, is the renter’s responsibility. Children and guests must not climb on, stand on, misuse, or unsafely handle rental equipment. Use of the rental equipment must comply with all applicable laws, site rules, and venue restrictions. SEET Special Event Equipment and Tents is not responsible for any injury, death, accident, or property damage arising out of the use, misuse, movement, setup, installation, loading, unloading, or operation of the rental equipment by the renter or any other person.

Prohibited Use and Equipment Care

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in or around the rental items. Open flames, grills, fryers, fireworks, and other hazardous heat sources may not be used in or near the rental equipment. Tape, staples, stickers, adhesives, or similar materials may not be attached to the rental equipment. Renters are expected to use reasonable care to protect the equipment from damage, misuse, and unsafe conditions.

Site Conditions, Outdoor Setups, and Weather

The setup area must be clear, accessible, level, and safe. The renter is responsible for obtaining any permits, site approvals, or venue approvals required for the event or installation. Any sprinklers, private underground lines, or other site obstructions must be clearly identified and marked before setup. Tent placement cannot be changed once setup has begun. Additional labor charges may apply if setup or pickup is delayed due to customer-caused conditions, including blocked access, uncleared space, or site unpreparedness. Outdoor rentals are subject to weather and site conditions, and SEET Special Event Equipment and Tents may delay, alter, suspend, or refuse delivery, setup, or installation if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or may interfere with safe and proper service. Weather-related reschedules are allowed only at the sole discretion of SEET Special Event Equipment and Tents, subject to availability, and do not guarantee a refund. Once delivery has been completed or setup has begun, all payments are non-refundable. SEET Special Event Equipment and Tents is not responsible for damage to lawns, landscaping, driveways, surfaces, or other property that may occur as a result of normal delivery, setup, or pickup conditions.
