At SEET Special Event Equipment and Tents, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and rental items. This retainer secures your booking and will not be refunded if the order is canceled.
If a cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event date, any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer may be refunded. If a cancellation is made 7 to 14 days before the event date, payments may be applied one time to a new event date within 90 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.
Once delivery has been completed or setup has begun, all payments are non-refundable. Weather-related reschedules may be allowed at the sole discretion of SEET Special Event Equipment and Tents, subject to availability. Weather-related changes do not guarantee a refund.
