What items do you offer for rent?

We currently offer white folding chairs, 6-foot folding tables, and 10×20 tents with sidewalls. These rentals work well for small to medium gatherings and can help create a clean, comfortable setup for indoor or outdoor events.

How many guests can your rentals accommodate?

Our current packages and inventory are designed for gatherings of up to 30 guests. We offer package options for up to 10, 20, or 30 people depending on your event needs.

How do I reserve my event date?

Quotes do not hold your date. Your event date is reserved only after the signed rental agreement and the required non-refundable 25% retainer have been received. The remaining balance is due by the stated due date.

Do you deliver and set up the rentals?

Yes. Delivery is available based on distance from our location, and setup and takedown are available for both tables and chairs and tent packages. Tent rentals are delivery and setup only, and customer pickup and return are not available for tent rentals.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees are based on distance from our location. Delivery is $35 for 0 to 10 miles, $55 for 11 to 20 miles, and $75 for 21 to 30 miles. Events over 30 miles require a custom quote.

Can I pick up and return the rentals myself?

Customer pickup and return may be available for tables and chairs, depending on the order. However, tent rentals are not available for customer pickup or return and must be delivered and set up by Seet.

What is your cancellation policy?

A non-refundable 25% retainer is required to reserve the date. If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded. If you cancel 7 to 14 days before the event, payments may be applied one time to a new date within 90 days, subject to availability. If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, all payments are non-refundable. Once delivery has been made or setup has begun, no refund will be issued.

What happens if rental items are damaged, missing, or returned very dirty?

Rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, aside from normal use. Additional charges may apply for damage, missing items, smoke exposure, burns, stains, or excessive dirt. The document lists replacement charges of $30 per folding chair, $90 per 6-foot table, and $360 per tent, with excessive cleaning fees starting at $50.
